It says: this relationship matters, and the details are handled. Pactis was founded on that idea — that the firms who live by their word deserve a gift that keeps it.
Most corporate gifts are forgettable for the same reason: they’re bought in bulk, branded loudly, and sent by someone who never saw them. We started Pactis to do the opposite — fewer, better objects from independent British workshops, assembled and finished by hand, co-branded with your firm’s name where requested.
The studio is in London. Every band is wrapped, every notecard written and every brass seal pressed by hand, here. It is slower this way. That’s rather the point.
Pactis was founded by Oliver Bruton, after a decade around the insurance and professional-services world it now serves — the world where relationships are the business. What that decade taught him is simple: firms win work, but people keep it. Human connection is what turns a client into a relationship, and a relationship into a strategic one.
A gift cannot do that on its own. But done properly — considered, personal, arriving at the right moment — it goes a long way towards it. That is the work Pactis exists to do.
